Observing how my wife spreads her love to him and looking at this unbelievable cute smile from our son. It is crucial to not forget your own needs as an individual. Because at the end of the day it is your responsibility that you are able to function for your family and their daily needs.<\/p>\n<p>In my case I\u2019m performing a really intensive weight lifting training as much as 5 days per week, there I can release my stress, form my body and mind as well as have some time for myself.<br \/>\nThis enables me to stay patient in stressful situations.
