The day before yesterday, I started painting again! Initially, I felt afraid to start because I am afraid to fail. What if I didn&#8217;t like what I painted? In the end, I just went with it and completed a painting that I actually quite liked! That are some of many reasons I like Hamburg. I actually started this community when I first moved to Hamburg from Canada. I felt lonely at first and I didn&#8217;t have any friends except my boyfriend.<\/p>\n<p>To cure my loneliness, I decided to do crafting again. Crafting alone is fun but it is always better in a group! Where else would you get the inspiration? Therefore, I decided to start hosting crafting workshops so I get to meet new people and at the same time do what I love.<\/p>\n<p>Since a few years ago, the community has grown to more than 800 members and I have hosted more than 20 workshops with some help from my friends!
